Orders over $3,000 include complimentary white glove delivery - the delivery team brings each piece inside, places it in your room and clears away the packaging. Once your order ships, our delivery partner reaches out to schedule a window that suits you.

Because each couch is custom built, we offer a 30-day exchange policy - you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and the buyer covers shipping back to us (and may cover shipping both ways on an exchange).
