1. Cutting the Frame
Our CNC machine cuts pre-configured frame sizes out of our 100% solid Birch ply. This is one of the strongest frame options on the market and used in many luxury sectionals price in the 5-figure range.
2. Frame Assembly
We leave nothing to chance. All frames are perfectly sized by our CNC machine, then glued and screwed by hand. There's a reason we have a lifetime warranty - these frames will never break.
3. Fabric & Foam Cutting
Next we measure up and hand-cut all of the fabric and foam pieces that eventually make up the cushions and upholstery of the couch.
4. Sewing
Our master seamstresses hand sew every piece. Every cushion cover, every arm rest - each has 40 years of American-made experience sewn in. Not to mention, each cushion has a built in zip that allows you to remove and wash them.
5. Upholstery
Finally, the couch takes its form. Our expert upholsters piece together foam and fabric and bring your couch to life. We partner with the highest quality Dorell fabrics and long-life medium density foams wrapped in uncompressed dacron to deliver that signature Vera Haus marshmallow-like comfort.
