Where are VeraHaus sectionals made?
All VeraHaus sectionals are built by hand in Utah by experienced 5th generation craftsmen.
How long does it take to receive my couch?
Most orders are delivered in about two weeks. This is much faster than typical made to order furniture.
What are the frames made from?
Frames are built using full alder stress joints and solid hardwoods throughout for long-term strength and stability.
What type of cushions do you use?
We use high-density, impression-proof foam designed to hold its shape over time. Seating is slightly deeper than standard with a medium-soft feel.
Are the fabrics durable?
Yes. Our fabrics are rated at 100,000 plus double rubs and selected for everyday use. Sourced from reputable US suppliers.
Are the fabrics stain resistant?
Yes. Fabrics are naturally stain resistant and designed to handle years of family being... family.
Are the covers washable?
All covers are removable and machine washable. Most everyday messes can be cleaned with simple dawn soap and water.
Do you offer customization?
You can choose your sectional size, layout, fabric, and color.
What delivery options are available?
Free curbside delivery is included. Optional white-glove delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do I need to see the couch in person before buying?
Many customers purchase directly through the website. Showings are available upon request if you prefer to see one in person. Located in Utah.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 5-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something was built wrong we will make it right.
