Every couch is made to order in Salt Lake City and ships in 3-6 weeks. Orders over $3,000 include complimentary white glove delivery - the delivery team brings each piece inside, places it in your room and clears away the packaging. Once your order ships, our delivery partner reaches out to schedule a window that suits you.
Because each couch is custom built, we offer a 30-day exchange policy - you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and the buyer covers shipping back to us (and may cover shipping both ways on an exchange). Returns may be accepted case by case with a restocking fee. Full details in our refund policy.

Every Vera Haus couch is covered against manufacturing defects in the frame, joinery, cushion cores, stitching and covers under normal residential use. Normal wear and misuse are not covered. Read the full terms in our warranty policy.
