Mobile, Email, and Cookies Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Vera Haus Sectionals text messaging program (the “Program”), our marketing emails, and our use of cookies. The Program is operated by Classic Carriage Doors LLC d/b/a Vera Haus (“Vera Haus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for the Program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Text Messaging Program

The Program sends text messages from Vera Haus Sectionals to customers who have opted in. There are two types of messages, and each has its own consent:

  1. Order and customer service texts: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, appointment reminders, and replies from our customer service team.

  2. Promotional texts: sales, discounts, new product and fabric announcements, and cart reminders.

Messages are sent from 385-300-0875 using automated technology. Message frequency varies.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by ticking the text message box or boxes on our contact form at verahaussectionals.com/pages/contact and submitting your mobile number. The boxes are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Ticking the order and customer service box does not sign you up for promotional texts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services, and the contact form can be submitted without ticking either box. If you opt in to promotional texts, you agree to receive automated marketing messages at the mobile number you provide.

Giving us your number another way, such as in live chat, by phone, by email, or at our showroom, does not sign you up for recurring text messages. We may use that number to respond to your request and to keep your customer record.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the Program, but your wireless carrier may charge for texts and data, and you are responsible for those charges.

4. Opt Out and Help

  • To stop all text messages from us, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

  • For help, reply HELP to any message, email shop@verahaussectionals.com, or call 385-300-0875.

To start receiving texts again after opting out, reply START or submit the contact form again.

5. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our email list, opt in to marketing at checkout, or enter a giveaway or lead form, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. These may include promotions, sales, product launches, brand stories, and cart reminders. We send order and shipping emails whether or not you subscribe.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing from email does not stop text messages, and opting out of texts does not stop emails.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your shopping experience, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used, and measure and personalize our advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. These tools do not use your text message opt-in data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some site features may stop working. You can also opt out of targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page.

7. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Vera Haus is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or not delivered because of carrier or device issues, or for actions you take based on information in a message.

8. Your Phone Number

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, tell us or reply STOP so we do not text the next person who receives it.

9. Privacy

We handle information collected through text messages, email, cookies, website forms, and purchases under our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Your mobile number and text message consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Continuing in the Program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
