Vera Haus Furniture builds sectionals that actually fit real life. Durable. Comfortable. Good looking from day one and years down the line.

We design with families in mind. That means strong frames, high-quality materials, and details you can feel the moment you sit down. No shortcuts. No throwaway furniture. We are so sick of things being built to break so you buy more. Not us.

Our story

Vera Haus started in 2024 after seeing the furniture market split into two extremes. On one side, cheaply made couches that break down fast. On the other, overpriced showroom pieces that look nice but cost far more than they should.

We set out to build something better.

Every Vera Haus sectional is designed and built in Utah by fifth-generation couch makers. We work directly with local suppliers and craftsmen so we can control quality, timelines, and pricing. No middle layers. No inflated markups. Just well-built couches made for real homes.

Most of our sectionals are delivered in a few weeks, not months.

What we believe

Comfort comes first
A couch should feel good every day, not just in a showroom. Our couches are designed slightly deeper than standard couches with a medium-soft feel that works for real lounging and guaranteed the most comfortable couch you will ever own.

Fewer, better pieces
We focus on doing a small number of designs extremely well instead of endless options with inconsistent quality.

Materials that age well
Strong frames. High-density foam. Durable fabrics. Built to hold up with normal use over time.

Prices that make sense
You should not have to pay $10,000+ for a well-built sectional. We sit in the middle on purpose. Providing luxury performance fabrics and designer styles at a third of the price of our luxury competitors for only a little more than cheap imported manufactured furniture that falls apart yearly. 

How we build

Designed and built entirely in Utah
Every sectional is made by hand, locally, by experienced 5th generation craftsmen.

Frames
Built using alder stress joints and solid hardwoods throughout for long-term strength and stability. No weak structural shortcuts.

Cushions
High performance, high density, impression proof foam engineered to resist sagging and permanent indents under normal use. Slightly deeper seating with a comfortable medium-soft feel. Designed to fit families not to fit inside cargo containers.

Fabrics
Premium performance fabrics rated at 100,000 plus double rubs. Naturally stain resistant, tightly woven, and chosen for everyday life. All covers are removable and machine washable. 

Construction
Every detail is focused on longevity, comfort, and easy maintenance. Made to withstand the daily use we deserve out of furniture while maintaining the structure and elegance expected from the centerpiece of your home.

Responsible by design

We aim to make smarter choices from the start. That means building couches that last longer, using responsibly sourced wood where possible, water-based finishes, and packaging designed to be recyclable.

The most sustainable couch is one you do not need to replace.

Where we ship

We currently offer free shipping on all catalog items purchased inside of utah. For our out of state friends we offer free shipping for all modular products, for oversized sectionals we are working daily to find new avenues of delivery options for out of state customers, but we have to have the customer pay shipping for the time being. Delivery options vary by location. If you have a specific timeline, reach out and we will do our best to meet it.
