Everything about purchasing this couch was easy. Saw an ad on Instagram and saw that the couch was made locally in the Salt Lake Valley. I was fortunate enough to see the warehouse where the couches are actually made. Pretty impressive! I picked my cuddle fabric. I chose the bone color. It arrived today exactly 2 weeks after I ordered it. It is so beautiful! It is super cuddly, soft and I love how it is so sturdy and well-made. The cushions have a higher back, which makes it super comfortable to lay back into. I seriously couldn't be happier! It is gorgeous in every way and was a good price to boot! Customer service was great all throughout the process, and the delivery team was friendly, courteous, and got the job done.
